Living at 1800 Oak has been a wonderful experience. The 24 Hour front desk makes the building feel very secure and they greet you warmly each time you exit or enter. The leasing office is amazing, I chose this building after bad experiences with other management companies but knowing the great reputation that Equity has drew me here. They do not disappoint!!! Taylor, Rose, and the team answer emails very promptly and are always quick to find a solution. Maintenance is fast and professional and always calls before entering if something needs to be fixed. I’m glad to call 1800 Oak home and suggest it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful building with upgrades and top notch amenities.

Great apartment complex with hardworking staff. Kendra specifically goes above and beyond to make sure the residents feel cared for and at home. Would recommend to anybody, especially students from surrounding schools.

Love living here, the amenities are great and the staff is very responsive if we ever have any complaints! We’ve lived here for 3 years now and the apartment has treated us very well. One of the staff members that works the front desk, Kendra, is genuinely the most lovely, kind, thoughtful people ever and really contributes to the warmth of the community. She always greets us by name with a smile and has the best attitude.
I am so happy to have made decision to call 1800 Oak Apartment home. The location itself is perfect. The whole staff are friendly and very accommodating. They really go go above and beyond to help. I am very grateful especially to the maintenance team.
I have been living in the apartment for a year plus now and love the community here. Kendra works at the front desk and is extremely welcoming and helpful! She know everyone in the building and can really be an amazing resource for all issues that you may experience here. Staff like her really make it worth living here.

Update:
Removing a star for a few reasons here. 1) The renovations the building is doing are quite loud during the day multiple days/week. If you're a regular work-from-homer, this will definitely make life harder. 2) While the location is close to metro, there are some issues with transit. There are no EV chargers in the garage. Also, there is one tiny and inaccessible bike cage. It’s not possible to get bikes in and out of it (I say as a tall, fit person). 1800 Oak falls behind most buildings in the vicinity which have EV charging and dedicated bike rooms or accessible spots to lock up. These improvements would be really helpful.
